Being a LMP since 2003 has enabled me to help many people feel better in their physical/emotional bodies.
Whether a client has chronic muscle pain, specific injuries or stress/anxiety from a busy lifestyle…I can help!
My hands are skillful and intuitive. I listen to each client’s needs and then provide a grounded, focused and individualized massage session.
I have a great love and respect for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).  So I integrate Asian massage modalities like Acupressure, Shiatsu and TuiNa into all of my massage sessions! These modalities can work deeply into the muscles and meridians moving the Qi/Ki and Blood.
I’m also a professional Landscape Gardener and Herbalist/Wildcrafter.
I love Art, Music and Dance. I’m especially grateful for all the training I’ve received from Nature and the Open Road.
